How onboarding works

Veloceo candidate coordination

1. Application and a call

Send a general application or apply for a specific job. We will call you to discuss the location, shift pattern and pay. You can speak with us in Czech, Ukrainian, Hungarian or Russian.

Official employment in manufacturing

2. Contract and insurance

You sign an employment contract under Czech law. We register you for statutory health and social insurance, and workplace accident cover applies. All terms are provided in writing before you start.

Transport to work and accommodation

3. Starting work

We tell you which documents to bring when signing your contract, when you start and where to report. Accommodation, transport to work and pay advances are available only where stated in the job listing.
