How onboarding works

2. Contract and insurance

You sign an employment contract under the Czech Labour Code. We register you for health and social insurance, accident cover included. Terms are written down up front.

3. First shift

We tell you what to bring for signing, when you start and where to report. Housing, transport and pay advances are arranged on roles where the offer states it.
