Data controller

The controller of personal data is Veloceo agency s.r.o., IČO 24606251, with its registered office at Revoluční 763/15, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter "Veloceo"). This document describes the processing of data in connection with the website veloceo.cz — in particular contact and application forms, cookies, and basic website operation.

What personal data do we process?

Through forms on the website (contact, candidate application, company inquiry) we may process:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Content of the message / inquiry
  • Information about the selected job opening (job reference), if you arrive from a job details page
  • A CV in PDF format (up to 2 MB), if you attach it to the application. We do not store the file on the website; it is sent by email through Resend
  • Technical data necessary to submit the form (e.g. reCAPTCHA verification result)

Cookies and data when visiting the website

We use a cookie banner. Necessary cookies are required for the website to function (e.g. language, consent status). Analytics and performance tools are loaded only with consent:

  • Vercel Analytics — anonymised or aggregated traffic data (only with analytics consent)
  • Vercel Speed Insights — loading-performance data (only with performance consent)
  • Technical cookies and local storage for functionality and storing cookie preferences
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — form protection against spam (loaded when using the form)

Purpose and legal basis

We process form data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the purpose of:

  • Responding to a company inquiry or question
  • Handling a candidate application and communication about job opportunities
  • Delivering the message to our mailbox and handling subsequent business or recruitment communication related to the enquiry
  • Improving the website based on aggregated statistics (cookies — only with consent where required)

Recipients and processors (including Resend)

We do not publish or sell personal data. To operate the website and deliver messages, we use contracted processors and service providers. These providers are required to process and deliver form submissions:

  • Resend, Inc. — delivering email from the contact or application form to our designated mailbox. The message includes the name, phone number, email address, message text, optionally the relevant job reference, and an optional PDF CV attachment
  • Google LLC — reCAPTCHA (bot protection)
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting; Analytics and Speed Insights are used only with cookie consent
  • Sanity — CMS for public content (vacancies, articles); we do not store contact form data in Sanity

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are established in or process data outside the European Economic Area (typically the USA — Resend, Google, Vercel). Such transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (in particular standard contractual clauses / corresponding mechanisms of the given provider). Details can be found in their processing terms.

Retention period

We retain personal data submitted through forms for 12 months after the last contact concerning the enquiry, then delete it unless the law or a legitimate interest, such as the defence of legal claims, requires longer retention. Email messages and Resend logs are subject to the relevant retention policies and our internal mailbox management. Cookie-consent records and analytics data are retained in accordance with the cookie settings and Vercel’s retention policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Send requests to info@veloceo.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz.
