When production demand increases

Recruiting permanent employees takes time when production demand rises unexpectedly. Agency workers can cover seasonal demand or a temporary increase in orders; assigned headcount can then be adjusted when demand falls.

If production demand falls, you may reduce temporarily assigned workers per the agreed terms without dismissing your own employees.

How temporary assignments work, what they cost and where we operate.

We recruit production operators, warehouse workers, assembly workers and other shop-floor roles on an ongoing basis. We confirm worker availability for your location and shift pattern after reviewing the brief.
Timing depends on the role, region and shift pattern. After reviewing the brief, we provide a realistic start date.
Yes, where the job or your brief requires it. We arrange accommodation near the workplace and transport to work only where included in the quote.
The employment agency employs the agency worker and temporarily assigns them to the client company. Before the assignment begins, you provide the working and pay conditions of a comparable employee. We then set the agency worker’s conditions accordingly, as required by Czech law.
